Can I apply to the US Grad Program if I am not a US Citizen? Is the Program available in other countries?
All applicants to the Red Bull Graduate Program in the United States require US work authorization. If you are authorized to work in the US, we encourage you to submit your application!
If you are not currently authorized to work in the US, don't despair! Please check out opportunities in other countries by changing the ‘location’.
What is the duration of the US Graduate Program?
18 months, starting in June 2017.
How do I apply for the Red Bull Graduate Program?
Applications for the 2017 Graduate Program are now closed. We hope to see your application for the 2018 program.
Which US subsidiaries are looking for Graduates?
Graduate Program opportunities are spread throughout the departments at our US Headquarters in Santa Monica CA, as well as in our US Business Units including (but not limited to) New York, Atlanta and Chicago. We ask for flexibility in terms of geography, but you may state your preference on the application.
You mentioned academic excellence. Are there GPA requirements?
While a 3.5 or better GPA is preferred, we accept applicants from a range of GPAs, and take many other factors into account when reviewing applications. We examine major, work experiences and successes in pursuing personal passions.
When will I get feedback regarding my application?
You will hear back from us by October 2016 at the very latest.
Will I stay in the US the whole 18 months or will I travel to other countries?
We don’t want you just helping out on tasks within your department, we want you owning assignments and projects from Day one. As part of the US Graduate Program you are considered an integral part of the local team. As such, you’ll be owning and executing projects in the location and country you’ve been selected for.
Will I have a specific career plan mapped out for me?
At Red Bull you are in the driver’s seat on this one. We expect that you drive your own growth with your manager as your sparring partner.
Is a job guaranteed at the end of the Program?
The Program is designed to develop and retain young talented professionals for Red Bull. However, there is no guarantee of a position following completion of the Program. This will be based on our business needs, your performance during the Graduate Program and your ability to compete for a role.
Red Bull offers a “big role” what does that mean?

Do I have to pay to participate in the Program? Do I get paid for participating?
All Graduate Program employees are full-time and thus receive benefits and a salary.
Is the Graduate Program the same thing as an Internship Program?
The Red Bull Graduate Program is not an internship. It is a full-time, intense 18 month experience like no other for recent graduates. The scope of the role is also very different from an internship, as participants in The Grad Program have full responsibility over the projects and assignments they own.
