What is the duration of the European Graduate Programme?
The programme lasts 18 months and the start date is typically July.
How do I apply for the Red Bull Graduate Programme?
The application period for the 2017 Graduate Programme will start in October 2016.
In which language do I need to fill in the application form?
In an effort to maximize the likelihood of selecting the right candidates, your application will be shared with different managers in different countries, as a result the answers to the different steps need to be answered in English to make sure the possibilities of placement are bigger.
I don't have any written job references or they are not in English. What should I do?
Please describe your tasks and responsibilities during your working experiences in detail and in English in your online profile. If you have written job references in another language please upload them to your profile as well.
Will I stay in one country the whole 18 months or will I rotate to other countries?
We don’t want you just helping out on tasks within your department, we want you owning assignments and projects from Day one. As part of the European Graduate Programme you are considered an integral part of the local team. As such, you’ll be owning and executing projects in the location and country you’ve been selected for.
Do I get to request certain areas for my job rotations?
Job rotations are decided based upon your development plan and the current business needs at Red Bull. Therefore the job rotation will be predefined by your manager, but will be aligned with you before you start it.
Will I have a specific career plan mapped out for me?
Actually at Red Bull you are in the driver’s seat for this one. We expect that you drive your own growth with your manager as your sparring partner.
Is a job guaranteed at the end of the programme?
The Programme is designed to develop and retain young talented professionals for Red Bull. However, there is no guarantee of a position following completion of the Programme. This will be based on your performance during the Graduate Programme and on our business needs.
Red Bull offers a “big role”, what does that mean?

What about payment during the programme?
If you take part in the Red Bull Graduate Programme you will receive a monthly salary. You will be informed about the amount during the interview phase.
How much does it cost to apply for the Red Bull Graduate Programme?

Is the Red Bull Graduate Programme the same thing as an Internship Programme?
The Red Bull Graduate Programme is not an internship. It is a full-time programme for students who just achieved or are about to achieve a University degree (Bachelor or Master) before the programme starts. The scope of the role is also very different as participants in this programme have full responsibilities over the assignments they own.
Can I apply for the European Graduate Programme if I am not European citizen? Is this programme available in other countries?
All applicants to the Red Bull Graduate Programme in Europe require EU work authorization. If you are authorized to work in the EU, we encourage you to submit your application.
